Terms and Conditions for Digital and Download Products

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders of (digital) products offered for sale on www.allesin1box.com. By taking advantage of an offer or placing an order through the All in 1 Box store, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Offers, prices and payments

1.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros.

1.3 Payment for the (digital) products offered on www.allesin1box.com takes place online via the payment methods offered. After successful payment, the digital product (codes) or download link will be automatically sent by email.

1.4 By placing an order and paying for a (digital) product, The buyer enters into a final purchase agreement with all In 1 Box. The Terms of this agreement are available on all In 1 Box Both before and at the time you order a product. during the Ordering process you must accept these general terms and conditions.

2. Liability and responsibility.

2.1 All in 1 Box cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products. Therefore, always read the manual before installing anything.

2.2 Correspondence and/or delivery takes place via e-mail and the internet.

You are responsible for providing the correct (email) address to contact@allesin1box.com. You are also responsible for properly configuring your Android box, Apple TV or PC and any programs you have installed, such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners, so that messages and digital products sent to you can be received.

3. Copyright.

3.1 You may not create "derivative works" by modifying the downloads and then distributing or exploiting them.

4. Canceling an order.

4.1 There is no right of return for digital and other products from Alles in 1 Box. Canceling an order that has already been completed and delivered is therefore not possible. To try out our service, you can take advantage of our 24-hour trial period.

5. Right of withdrawal.

5.1 By agreeing to the general terms And Conditions you waive the right of withdrawal.

6. Termination.

6.1 Alles in 1 Box has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement in the event of fraud, theft and misconduct, without refund of the subscription costs and with inclusion on our blacklist.

6.2 Online communication with customer service/helpdesk must be respectful. Should this no longer be the case, All in 1 Box UK is free to terminate contact with the customer or cancel the subscription without any right to a refund.

7 Miscellaneous.

7.1 If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions conflict with any applicable legislation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new, comparable provision determined by All in 1 Box.
