General Terms and Conditions Digital and download products

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and orders of (digital) products offered for sale on www.allin1box.com Using an offer or placing an order through the All in 1 Box shop implies that you accept these General Terms and Conditions.

1. Offers, prices and payments

1.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros and inclusive of 20% VAT.

1.3 Payment for the offered (digital) products on www.allesin1box.com takes place online and via the offered payment methods. After successful payment, the digital product (codes) or download link will automatically be delivered via e-mail.

1.4 By placing an order and paying for a (digital) product, the Buyer enters into a final purchase agreement with All in 1 Box. The terms of this agreement are available on All in 1 Box before and at the moment you order a product. During the ordering process, you also have to accept these terms and conditions.

2. Liability and Responsibility.

2.1 All in 1 Box cannot be held liable for any damage that might result from using the products. Therefore, always read the manual before installing anything.

2. 2 Correspondence and/or delivery takes place via email and  the internet.

You are responsible for providing the correct (email) address to All in 1 Box UK. You are also responsible for correctly configuring your Android box, Apple TV or PC and any programs you may have installed such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners, so that messages and digital products sent to you can be received.

3. Copyright.

3.1 It is not permitted to create “derivative works” by modifying the downloads and then distributing or exploiting them.

4. Cancelling an order.

4.1 There is no right of return on digital and other products from Alles in 1 Box. Cancelling an order that has already been completed and delivered is therefore not possible. To try out our service, you can take advantage of our free 24-hour trial.

5. Right of withdrawal.

5.1 By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, you waive the right of withdrawal.

6. Dissolution.

6.1 All in 1 Box has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally in case of fraud, theft and misconduct, without refund of the subscription fee and with indication on our blacklist.

6.2 Online communication with the customer service/helpdesk is respectful. Should this no longer be the case, then All in 1 Box UK is free to end the customer contact or cancel the subscription without any right to refund.

7 Miscellaneous.

7.1 In the event that 1 or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is in breach of any applicable law, the provision in question will cease to have effect and will be replaced by a new and similar provision to be determined by Alles in 1 Box
